Roosterfeet Posted December 10, 2024 Posted December 10, 2024 I see thin black lines bordering the foviated area when using quadviews. Not a deal breaker but I would certainly prefer not to have them. Has anyone else encountered that? Here are my quadviews settings: turbo_mode=1 smoothen_focus_view_edges=0.2 sharpen_focus_view=0 peripheral_multiplier=0.5 focus_multiplier=1 horizontal_fixed_section=0.45 vertical_fixed_section=0.9 vertical_fixed_offset=0 5800x3D, rtx4070, Quest3 (sometimes)
Panzerlang Posted December 10, 2024 Posted December 10, 2024 Are you using QV Companion? Maybe your focus edge is too sharp? Companion lets you set that in pixels.
slughead Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 From the quad view foveated rendering instructions… Slugmouse: a finger-mounted mouse button emulator for hand-tracked VR cockpit clicking. Available now! Slugmouse Demonstration Video
