Get error when I try and start my dedicated server

I updated my dedicated server today, started it, but I can not connect, it finds the server, but it's offline and when I try and start it it says error. 

I've run a repair, I've tried to change some of the settings like player count and password, but still won't start

ED is supposed to be doing server maintenance today here was their post in case this is your problem

I saw that, but I see several servers are online by now

servers will need to be restarted to show on the master server after a maintenance

What does that mean? I've restarted my sever many times.

And there are several servers up and running now.

It means after a master server maintenance downtime MP servers need to be rebooted to show in the master server again. 

Downtime was completed quickly and everything seems normal our end, if you are having issues we will need to see the dcs log for clues.
