fixed KC-135MPRS Losing altitude

Hi all!

In the last patch:

• AI Aircraft. Adjusted KC135 to maintain 25 degrees angle of bank for every turn

I set a KC-135MPRS in a CIRCLE ORBIT and:
- it keeps more than 45 degrees and maintains altitude when not called up as a tanker
- when called up as a tanker, it reduces angle of bank to 25 degrees and it slowly loses altitude (in mission created prepatch and played after the patch, the rate altitude loss is pretty high)
