M8 wingman and I collided while refueling

I was refueling. While approaching the boom, a schock, lost control of the aircraft. Had to eject. 

On the debrief, learned that I collided with my wingman. 

What option can avoid this? Crash recovery? I wouldn't want to use invulnerability.

The DCS AI is the DCS AI, unfortunately things like this inevitably happen, although rarely. Invulnerability is your best bet. Make sure you follow the procedures and instructions on screen when refueling, normally your wingman shouldn't be anywhere near you when it's your turn to plug. Was it your turn?

It was my turn, and I was gently approaching to the contact. Anyway, I replayed the mission, Roach kept quiet and everything went fine.
