I've recently bought the F-4E Phantom II and everytime I try to load into the Training, Instant Action or after I start loading into a Multiplayer slot, my game crashes. I've tried disabling my Antivirus, reinstalling the module, removing all mods, doing a repair, lowering my graphics settings, removing my custom liveries, deleting the shader cache, consulting HB support and now I'm running out of ideas. The only thing I've yet to try is reinstalling the entire game, but that would be a last resort option for me as my internet isn't the fastest. I'm attaching my 3 most recent crash logs, so the issue can be found and hopefully resolved.

You still have a few active mods, and your Preload Radius setting of 80000 is not advised since your doesn't have a lot of RAM.

  1. Try and rename your "Saved Games/DCS" to DCS_backup (do NOT delete this folder).
  2. Run DCS, log in.
  3. In the System options, set Preload Radius to its minimum.
  4. Run an F-4E instant action mission and see if it keeps crashing.
  5. Post the resulting dcs.log.

Here's the crash log from that attempt

Your Saved Games/DCS folder still contains mods:

I'm sure SRS and Tacview are not the problem here.

Now, I see you have the infamous "gunner_export_hook.lua" hook, which is prone to cause stuttering (according to the OH-6 creator, here: https://github.com/tobi-be/DCS-OH-6A).

You should remove this file and try again.

And if it keeps crashing, rename your DCS folder as I asked.

I've removed the hook and launched the game, it crashed again. However if I try to rename the DCS folder and I run the game it says "Waiting for another application copy to release C:\Users\x\Saved Games\DCS\".

I'm attaching the latest crash log aswell just to be sure. The folks at HB told me that they didn't like the 10th line of the .crash file which states: "0x000000000002d316 (F-4E-FlightModel): hb::Aircraft::FlightModel::EdFlightModelBase::SetupCustomFolder + 0x336" and they told me that it's probably an issue that involves my disk not allowing ED to make folders.

I had missed that part. Interesting. I see the Phantom module creates a "DCS_F4E" folder in Saved Games. I'll send you my folder in MP. We'll see if it helps.

That folder is for the storing if the custom/personal pilot down the line. Viggen has one, for the Elint etc. I guess. And the Kiowa for its grease mark. MiG-21 has one too maybe. If yes, I don't remember what it's for.
Now, for the OP, what Windows user/account is OP starting DCS with?
