Updated DCS User Manual?

So where do we find the updated DCS User Manual? Can't seem to find it anywhere...thanks.  The little 60 sec mini tutorial about new Launcher features says we can change graphics settings on the fly in-game.  But...how?

Latest version, from 2020, is within the /doc folder of Dcs.

Thanks..I had seen that, but I thought maybe they continually updated it as big changes occur? So 2020 version is the latest? Any idea about the on the fly graphic change thing?

No, ED does not update the manuals continually, like Heatblur for example does.

Yes ... it was a great update when released ... but that was on DCS 2.5 days ... here is what people said at the time:

During the game you can Esc > options and there you'll find all you can change on the fly. For other settings you'll have to exit simulation and go to options from the main menu. Some will require game restart.
