I have over 6000lbs at the stage , my BINGO is set to 4000 and some as per the kneeboard? IIRC you have the option of not taking the tasking, sounds like you might have selected that option.

Sounds like this is what is happening, once you accept this tasking make sure you stay within 25 miles of the pop up threat, I've attached a picture of the zone below, if you leave this zone before killing the targets, the departure trigger will activate. This has never come up as an issue before but I can see that if you hold near Tiyas it could be a problem. Spoiler
