Good morning. My birthday is in 2 days so my wife wanted to purchase me a module as a present, so she created an account just today. Unfortunately, she was a bit confused with the purchasing process and bought it for her account (and later she rightfully bought it for me as a gift). I know there is a non-refundable policy, but is it possible to make an exception, given the circumstances? I'm pretty sure you can track account movements, and if so, you will see that her account has not only not downloaded the module, she hasn't even downloaded the game.

Any chance of getting a refund?
