I believe it is. It doesn't really make sense otherwise, unless they want to release itbas a free version in the Caucasus for SP, and have it as a paid module per map like the NS430 and/or Multiplayer. I wouldn't blame them for cashing in on it if that is the case. I can't imagine all the work they've done on this actually.

I´m fine with paying, if its worth it. I love that DCS is neither pay to win, nor a lootbox skin mess. Good money for good work.
