Has anyone got a laptop that does the same thing, fan run constantly in PLAY mode. I don't want to quit playing but if I have to quit I will. can anyone tell me if thats normal or not normal, the heat. if its not normal then I have to quit, i do not want to ruin a $3000 machine Please guy anyone who has a laptop who might help I would appreciate it, thanks
unlikely_spider Posted March 14 Posted March 14 They make cooling devices that you can set a laptop on, don't they? I'm not a laptop person but I'm pretty sure I've seen those. 1 1 Modules: Wright Flyer, Spruce Goose, Voyager 1

That’s three classical 100W lightbulbs worth of heat. What do you expect? Pro tip: Don’t place it on your lap. Seriously though. make sure that you don’t block the venting. And of course, as usual, don’t expect the battery to get very old. You can run any monitoring software like hwinfo or so to monitor the temp of your cpu and gpu, but I assume they are fine. As stated above. The heat has to go somewhere….. 3 "Muß ich denn jedes Mal, wenn ich sauge oder saugblase den Schlauchstecker in die Schlauchnut schieben?"
rglmsgt Posted March 22 Author Posted March 22 Thanks to both, both was good information however I did buy the laptop cooler and it works fantastic, temp stays around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. perfect 2
