razo+r Posted March 24 Posted March 24 Yes, Norton is most likely putting the file needed to run the Module into quarantine. You can either restore the file directly via Norton or add that specific file as an exception to Norton and run a DCS Repair. That should fix the issue. 1

My brother and I have the exact setups and I keep getting this message :- Authorization is valid for 2d 23h 59m The following DLCs are not authorized and will be disabled: F-14 I have Microsoft Defender and I made sure after the 1st message, I excluded DCS folder from virus checking. I also replaced the Common.dll file but still keep getting it. I checked my module installations and it says it is installed. I go to ME and F14 etc is greyed out. We are both using the same version of DCS and his is working OK. Any help would be great.

tmansteve Posted April 15 Posted April 15 I am using and older version as cannot run MT. My brother has same version and works fine. I will have to do without the F14 until I can get a better GPU and it will work then. Tried a repair but wont do it. Its all great updating but at the expense of leaving others out. Have expenses and they take priority at mo.

tmansteve Posted April 19 Posted April 19 Nythawk, I have the latest version for my testing and the older version which is 2.9.7.58923. This one works with my GPU so I am able to fly.

tmansteve Posted April 20 Posted April 20 I get stuttering. I haven't overclocked my cpu and will be trying that. I will be getting new components as and when to rebuild my rig so that I will be able to run MT. I can still fly using the older version so will enjoy that until its built. Funny though how my brother can still fly the f14 and both rigs are identical.
