frumpy Posted March 25 Posted March 25 (edited) Hi there, I tried to open a support ticket, but a video file is too large... so I put it here: The frequency of a blinking light changes with the zoom. 4070 card with most recent drivers. Why is this? Thanks! a-10 master caution.mp4 Edited March 25 by frumpy
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted March 25 ED Team Posted March 25 Hi, I just tried to reproduce with my system and could not. Can you try some things. Delete metashader2 and fxo folders in saved games dcs folder, restart and retry. ( first load will take longer while it rebuilds shaders ) Also try with the colour gradient on normal see if that makes a difference. let me know how it goes. Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Czar66 Posted March 25 Posted March 25 (edited) 6 hours ago, frumpy said: Why is this? DLAA. It is a temporal solution to Anti Aliasing. I see it as well on the Tomcat radar screen, sometimes blinking TWS targets and phoenix in pitbull countdowns characters and icons meshes into constant in certain zoom values especially far. Why is it affected by zoom? The temporal algorithm make it so. The problem will be only resolved by changing anti aliasing methods. Edited March 25 by Czar66
