Details and landmarks in Mosul

Mosul was a central point of conflict, especially during and after the surge, up to the uprising of the IS in northern Iraq.

It's currently missing a lot of visual landmarks to navigate, especially in helicopters.

  Note: the neighborhood is mostly good to go, but there's no 12-story building or long warehouse in the block due south of the (former) house.  Only the mosque is in that cluster of buildings and nothing above 3 stories.
