Pre order?

Do you want to start pre order with some kind of the discount? In the last Wags video he said the the CW map will be released this month! So 2 weeks (really two weeks this time !)

no preorder is a VERY good step, others should learn from it
just put it in the shop when you ready - that's the spirit

 

also from Ugra post:  $55.99 USD at early access release and then later $69.99 USD at final release with all three phases.

It's not quite like that, it depends on how you look at it. Note that preorders usually had a much lower price than Early Access (-30% even), so from the point of view of a customer who will buy it anyway, it's better to  have preorder option than wait for the release because you'll gain more. The preorder has never had the same price as EA. Nobody is forcing you to buy it before as well …
