fixed George will not slave to PLT LOS or TADS SEARCH in cold-start aircraft

In current patch 2.9.15.9408, George will not slave to PLT LOS or TADS SEARCH in cold-start aircraft. He will search and target list in a hot start aircraft.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a cold-start AH64D
2. Start up as normal
3. allow TADS to become enabled by george (ACQ TADS will be green, or TADS will display in VID)

4. Using george AI controls, attempt to have George slave to PLT LOS or TADS SEARCH
5. Cry (optional)

Note: The "deslave" option comes up, and is able to be pressed. George responds with "roger de-slaving" even though the TADS has never moved. Track File attached.

Starting to wonder if any testing at all is done anymore before a patch gets pushed. All you have to do is cold start an Apache and it quickly becomes clear you can't slave George.

Why would they bother testing? it's early access after all, with that label they can just push out every broken patch they want and then patch it a week later with a hotfix. It has been that way for as long as I remember and it just gets worst with every patch. A couple patches ago I couldn't even jump in an F4 without crashing to desktop.

I totally get that there are a ton of variables and aircraft to test to make sure things are still working for each patch release, but there has got to be some sort checklist of the bare essentials that need to be tested before signing off on a patch.  And you would think having George be able to rifle a Hellfire at a target would be on that checklist.

This may be related to the other bug of not being able to get the laser turned on from a cold start.

If you switch to the front seat after letting George get his crewstation setup from a cold start, you see that he has the "grayscale" color bars up on the IHADSS.  These color bars are turned on with the L6 button on the WPN page.  If you turn this off, George will resume slaving to your LOS again.

However, you can't get the laser turned on using L6 on the WPN > UTIL page.  George says he is lasing, but the laser is not activated.  Is it coincidence that he manages to get the color bars on from L6 on the WPN page during his startup routine, but can't get the laser turned on from the L6 button on the WPN > UTIL page?  We have seen other bugs in the past where button presses on one page impact functions in the same spot on other pages.

It's based, as far as I can tell, on hot start vs cold start.
