Livery issue?

Hi,
Mission 01 - I looked around my plane, and all the members of my flight were wearing the same livery, with captain Macallister printed on them. all had printed 297 board number as well.

When I look into my Campaigns folder, livery folder, it seems like the ones in the F4 folder are zipped and I cannot extract them with windows 11.

Could that be the reason I did not see the liveries on the other phantoms in the flight?

It’s intentional. I decided not to waste 1-2 gigs of vram just to have different tail numbers.
