potential scoring de-sync?

Hi,

Completed mission 02. Getting navigation right was very fun and satisfying.

On my return, the chalkboard said that I had messed up the procedures (i'm thinking it might be a hard deck violation?), and granted me 80%.

The mission score in the menu shows 100% though. Just wanted to check in if the two are correlated or DCS just scores based on mission completion?

Ignore the mission score, that's for campaign progression, nothing to do with how the debrief works.
