Sorry, I tried printscreen in VR but it doesn't appear to be working. Any ideas?

There is an option in the VR headset. I can't remember where it is.

I just found that pressing the right controller button and the trigger at the same time does this. My Nvidia overlay doesn't work in VR so I'm trying to get that screenshot plus takes some videos. I feel like I'm starting over with everything since getting VR to work well...

You need to activate the overlay in VD. This will show the bitrates and latencies.

Meta... always giving some stupid adevices of salving issues. Never ever had any one worked (for me).

They don't have a clue how to fix their own problems, then they are giving us those stupid "what-to-do" list.

Yeah man it seems every couple of days they send me a new ‘fix’ to waste an hour of my life on with zero acknowledgement there is anything wrong with their software. I am at the point of either 1. Buy a Pimax or 2. New router / battery strap and Virtual Desktop.

I'm starting to think Pimax but so far my one day VD setup with a gaming router is pretty solid...

Generous offer, approx. 1,17% of the Pimax Chrystal Light price, a little bit more kind of compensations from Meta and will be possible to buy Pimax. I do not think it will take a long time...

Win 11 Pro - Oculus Link Cable and Q3

The same as a lot of others having great difficulty getting the LINK cable to connect.  A Oculus repair sorts it until reboot and back to square one... no connect.

After being led up and down the garden path by Meta support I found from a link somewhere pointing the blame at the OVR service.

So as a temp fix that works for me each time is when starting Meta link software it hangs on the meta icon whilst trying to connect via the cable to the headset.

Works for me:
go taskbar manager processes and kill the oculus app.
Then go to Services in the Taskbar Manager (at the bottom on the left) find OVRService and right click over it and select restart.  The service will stop then star again.... often the main MetaQuest software will start else manually start and all should be good...

DCS runs perfectly with no lockouts etc.... for me till Meta sort the issue.

For me I use PCVR with Link Cable and OpenXR runtime is the default, I do not use the air link or VD.... Most PC nd setups are different so YMMV
