Can't get laser to fire

Just started flying the Ah-64 and of course having all the transition problems going from jets to copters, but this is driving me crazy.

I fly most of the time and my friend is in the front seat, sitting on the ground, his tads is on master arm is on and he can squeeze to first position on the trigger and get all the info he needs. If I start the same mission single player and I get in the front seat and do everything I need to be able to fire the laser, NOTHING. I have checked everything and I cannot get it to work, what the hell am I doing wrong.

Help please

Hi

Best to attach a short track replay so we can take a look.

But if you are on the ground are you sure you have ground overide enabled on the armament panel?

did you

1) make sure the circle in  Weapons -> Util -> Laser is filled in

2) make sure TADS is current sight

3) make sure the Laser Spot Search is set to 'off'

4) make sure the aircraft is armed (and Ground Override is on first, if you're on the ground)

5) make sure you have the second detent of the Right Hand Grip (RHG) properly bound

Hi, if possible can you make a track that does not include unofficial mods, I am unable to check the track with them included.

thank you

Other than the first and second detent on the trigger, what else would I need? Everything is clickable and I fired the gun in the track so you know it works. This is why I sais its driving me crazy, makes no sense.

Can you confirm that you have bound both triggers? The Weapons trigger on the left handgrip (LHG) and the LRFD trigger (Laser Rangefinder/Designator) on the right handgrip (RHG)? We only ask this to ensure there wasn't any confusion that there are two triggers on the TEDAC grips and each have two detents, but the left trigger only fires weapons and the right trigger only fires the laser.
