I Have DCS Installed On 2 Machines. On One PC I Have 2 Icons (DCS World And DCS World Open Beta). On The Other I Have 3 Icons (DCS World And DCS World Open Beta), Plus One That Is Labeled (DCS World MT) Which Is An Orange Icon. I Don't Know Where The MT One Came From. Which PC Has The Correct Icons?

Good news. Anyone of those is the right one as long as it is updated to the latest version. DCS 2.9.15.9599.1

You probably updated from old builds before the Open Beta & Stable merge.
You can wipe those old shortcuts and make new ones to the executable in the 'bin' folder.

There is no Open Beta anymore.

as @Czar66 stated, you likely have a few installations OR upgraded a bunch. the color of icon does not matter too much since it can be changed to one of a few different colors. what matters is where the shortcut is located. my shortcut looks like this in its properties. 

TARGET:

"C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin\DCS_updater.exe" (you can also just put the dcs.exe in lieu of the updater.

START IN:

"C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta"
