Comes with all the various accessories, many of which haven't ever been used, bolts, fasteners and the manual. Only modification is that the centre mount was cut down to allow me to use an extension. It still goes up pretty high so I think it would be fine for non-extended bases also. Seat is in good condition with no tearing of the seams etc. Happy to answer any questions!
