DmanGIV Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Love the Corsair! Maybe it’s the wrong time frame, but will the plane ever incorporate the 4 bladed prop?
Ghostrider 147 Posted June 19 Posted June 19 The four-bladed propeller was found on the F4U-4, which was introduced in late WWII. There were quite a number of differences between the -1D and the -4, including a fully redesigned cockpit, so developing that for DCS would probably take quite a while. I do really love the four-bladed prop Corsairs! 3 CPU: i5-13600k // GPU: RTX 4070 // MoBo: B760-PLUS // RAM: 32GB DDR5-6000 // Stick: VKB Gunfighter Mk. -Rudel- Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Programming maybe, but considering the -4 has a floorboard and boxy panels, I personally think it wouldn't take as long from the art side. 4 1 https://magnitude-3.com/ https://www.facebook.com/magnitude3llc https://www.youtube.com/@magnitude_3 i9 13900K, 128GB RAM, RTX 4090, Win10Pro, 2 x 2TB SSD, 1 x 15TB SSD U.2 i9 10980XE, 128GB RAM, RTX 3090Ti, Win10 Pro, 2 x 256GB SSD, 4 x 512GB SSD RAID 0, 6 x 4TB HDD RAID 6, 9361-8i RAID Controller i7 4960X, 64GB RAM, GTX Titan X Black, Win10 Pro, 512GB PCIe SSD, 2 x 256GB SSD
