CH-47 is diving if you move the HOTAS trimbutton to the top right corner. This is happen when you don't move the trim button straight to the top. You can only recover the CH-47 if you trim up some seconds.

If you move it to the top left corner the CH-47 is banking hard to the left. This behavouir is not on the log.

can you save a track replay example when you exit the mission. 

And please double check your input devices for double inputs or anomalies

are you quick pressing or holding the AFCS switch? 

If you are holding it seems its correct, try to use CD/REL as a trimmer option and only use the AFCS switch for small corrections
