Chronometer (Clock)

I did a two + hour flight and used the Chronometer to keep track of time for fuel burn before switching tanks. Everything worked great except the Elapsed Time. The Elapsed time remained at the 12 o'clock position for the duration of the flight.

Not a bug.  The manual says it is not yet functional.
