Up/Else Park and Down/Else Park Bind for 3-Position Switches for Tailhook

Can we get a 3-position switch binding for the tailhook please? It needs to be put in Park for flight and after landing. Currently the only bindings available are Hook Up and Hook Down. Thank you!!

+1. I tried the trick of "button off" to trigger it, requiring two such entries if bound to a 3-position switch, however the system only recognizes the first bind and not the second.
