avimal Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago (edited) This is very common with XBOX S/X controllers that you really want to use the left and right trigger buttons as an actual buttons and not as an axis but sadly this is not possible. Currently you can achieve this behavior using joytokey or joystick gremlin but this not ideal. The request is for a simple way to use axis as a button. As a starter I think that any axis movement should trigger the "button" and axis release should release the "button" In the future it will be nice to have the capability to have different inputs depending on the axis level (e.g: >1 -> action 1; >50 -> action 2) Edited 13 hours ago by avimal 1
SharpeXB Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Yeah, using a gamepad controller for the Apache TEDAC presents this problem if you want to use the triggers. Easily solved with JoyToKey but still… 2 i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 OC | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR 5
upyr1 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago https://joytokey.net/en/ here is Joyto key, it would be nice to see more options for controllers. I fly with a warthog suplmented with an x box controller for WSO stuff 1
Czar66 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago In a beefy sim like this, there should be a option to allow this. I agree.
