cannot reproduce - remove user mods HMCS does not display at any point

Conditions:

Free Flight Instant Action on the Afghanistan map.  Latest version.

Log and track file attached.

Problem:

After turning on HMCS, it doesn't appear. Doesn't matter if it is in free flight, a mission editor mission, whether it's a cold star, an air start. It just doesn't work. 

Reproducible on all maps, happens in all conditions.

I have added deadzones to all axes that are being used, that did nothing. Performed full repair. Nothing.

Make sure that

1) you have the JHMCS equipped and not the NVG. You can only take either or.

2) You have not pressed and held DMS down. This toggles the JHMCS on/off.

All the basic stuff was checked. It's not that it's not turned on or not installed.

HMCS turns on fine for me.
