investigating Reset "CHECK ATTITUDE" warning?

Hello,

sometimes I encounter an issue where this error message doesn't go away.

I can climb higher, reset the warnings, and change the floor/altitude warning settings, but it still appears.

I've attached a track file (sorry it's a bit long). The issue appears around 6–7 minutes in. I also confirmed that the problem occurs when using time acceleration up to the point where the HARMs are launched.
