reported FCRL in pilot seat, TADS does not follow FCR NTS when Missiles are WAS'd

When using FCRL in the pilot seat, the TADS does not follow the NTS when the pilot selects Missiles. The bug only occurs after the Gunner, either by George or the player, Sight Selects TADS at least once before.

To activate the bug:
Spawn in as AH64 equipped with FCR and at least one AGM-114L
FCR scan at least 3 targets
Gunner Sight Selects TADS. (In my Trackfile, I used george PHS to activate the bu.)
AS PILOT, command FCRL, and activate the TADS video feed on any display
AS PILOT, WAS Missiles and cycle the FCR NTS
Observe how the TADS video does not follow the NTS target

Note: Enable C-SCOPE in the gunner seat, so that in the Pilot seat you can better observe the TADS not following the NTS. The bug does not occur if you are in the Gunner Seat.
