need track replay Data link not working from cold start

@BIGNEWY just wondering if there is an update to the bug where the data link doesnt work when starting the aircraft cold. 

Starting the apache hot it seems to work just fine but only if the other party also started their aircraft hot.

we are not seeing any issue with the data link, if you are please include a short as possible track replay and we will take a look.

ok odd, I was under the impression that this was a known bug. I will get a track file sorted as soon as possible

just had an opportunity to test today after the new update, and it seems its no long an issue.
