I think you would have to apply for becoming a modder etc to gain access to Docs / tools etc. I'm not sure what kind of fluffystuff available in such case - maybe someone else can answer more specificly :)

Well then you'd be well-advised to set your Alarm for a more Hospitable Hour and do so.......;)

 

The Info results in the 'conversation' that flows from post #1 and contains inter alia a lot of submissions from Testers and the Dev Team on what needs to be done to qualify for access to the said tools.

 

It is not just a matter of Requesting the Tools and 'Off-You-Go', thankfully........Who knows what type of Death-Rays Intrepid Pioneers might come up with, and that will just not be any good!

If you take a look at other EULA's of software you find in the shops around the net / place you live, you'll notice that this is an industry standard.

License to lease and use - you never buy any software.
