wip Missing COVERT IR lights visible by NVG

As my description of covert light and my latest test confirmed missing such lights in DCS F-16 BLOCK 50
(Refuel, Lower wingtip lights, Low formation light are not capable of IR emission).

By the way, DCS F-16 manual is rather NOT describing what the COVERT means at all 

COVERT IR LIGHT SET:
