Who is Specter?

Is Specter Studios taking over for RB on the SA map? Are they taking over anything else?

He ( a team I assume) made SA , works for Orbx too if I’m not mistaken. It was only published under RB name. It wasn’t actually an official RB product. I believe.

I’d also like to know, as I was under the impression kola and SÁ were the same team. However only SÁ is listed here under specter.

They not the same team but some of the same individuals.

They did the SA map on their own time. 
And then did the Kola map as part of their day job i.e. working for Orbx.

In fairness, he never stopped updating this map (and since it's "his" map, he's been the one updating it all along).  Razbam was only the publisher and even after they publicly announced they were stopping pushing updates to the F-15 etc, there were still SA map updates pushed.

Now that is someone dedicated to bringing us some beautiful sceneries in DCS World. I would never imagine doing more of my day job as a side gig afterward. Thank you Specter for this level of dedication, which we all get to enjoy when flying through those maps.
