Beautiful Jet! + Quick Autopilot Question

Loving the Mig-29 so far! Thank you so much for making it, I've only gotten a couple of hours in so far, but they have been an awesome couple of hours.  Very well done!

Question: Using auto-pilot gives me a back-and-forth oscillation, even when using the damper.    Is this a trait of the plane, or am I not using Autopilot correctly?

Just noticed it does not appear to oscillate quite as much at high altitude.

I don't know, but the sensation is wonderful.

Not single module I tried in DCS gave such feeling like I'm in real aircraft.

Is there any indication that the Attitude hold mode is turned on? When I click on it I thought it would illuminate, unless I did something wrong.

I think you need to engage attitude hold first, then altitude hold. That worked for me and the altitude hold  light came on

I, for example, am clicking buttons inside cockpit view.
