reported Missing RIGHT_MFCD viewport

Compared to the FC3 version, it seems that the HDD viewport isn't assigned natively and therefor the full fidelity MiG-29A doesn't allow the possibility to have the HDD on a separate monitor. A quick fix would be to add the line, but it violates IC, please add it so we can natively enjoy the features that FC3 also provides
