Michael-Fr Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Hello, I don't know how to locate the ADF frequencies for an airfield? From the mission editor, I can only find the tower's radio frequencies. In-game, from the map (F10), I can find the ILS frequencies: are they these? Thanks in advance, Sincerely, Michael

Michael-Fr Posted 15 hours ago Author Posted 15 hours ago Do ADF frequencies correspond to the VOR frequencies of the airfields?
Solution Akiazusa Posted 14 hours ago Solution Posted 14 hours ago (edited) They are INNER OUTTER NDBs Also if u want to find ADF(NDB) stations away from airport, they are usually icons like this on the map(usually ended by Khz) VOR works if ur equipment support ADF in VOR bandwidth (108.0 MHz to 117.95 MHz)(I'm not a 29 pro so not sure about this for Mig29,afaik only few aircraft in DCS have raidos support this....) Michael-Fr Posted 14 hours ago Author Posted 14 hours ago Thank you very much, if I understand correctly they work in pairs, and only one is active depending on the wind direction, which determines the active runway for landing?Do ADF frequencies correspond to the VOR frequencies of the airfields? 1
Michael-Fr Posted 50 minutes ago Author Posted 50 minutes ago These frequencies are difficult to locate on maps, however, the Caucasus map is well-informed. I couldn't find any on the Afghanistan map. Will there be updates to these maps soon to allow use of the ARK-19? (Ideally by completing the airfield pop-up windows)
