rob10 Posted October 16 Posted October 16 (edited) ED should fix this, but in case you're not aware, in the mean time you should be able to change the units to "off road" at waypoint 7 (maybe move it and 8 closer to the gap) and then change it back to road following at WP 8. That should get them past the break. EDIT TO ADD: and yes it would be great if ED could put some error checking into the pathfinding logic so it would be able to navigate through the break on it's own, but pathfinding is already pretty computationally intensive (having a lot of units following roads on a weak computer system will slow things down a lot) so that's probably a stretch goal at best. I don't know how many years it will take before multi-trading support appears on the server clients. And here you are, dreaming about route calculations. Edited October 17 by RobTX 1

Hi, please attach a miz here with a unit at the location I will check with the team to see if it has already been reported or not. thank you 1 Forum rules - DCS Crashing? RobTX Posted November 1 Author Posted November 1 Okay, I was very busy, but I'll still add some illustrative screenshots since what's already there isn't enough. Just look closely at the added route point. It's laid out nearby. But why is a route created that goes around everything?! The answer is simple. You need to fix the road that's broken only in the specified section. Isn't that so difficult, considering your capabilities, finances, and development team? And also the fact that I made my monetary contribution by buying this wonderful map?!!!! Key problem on map - MT25.

Software development is complicated and intense and it is human work, prone to errors after all. No matter how big a development team, bug fixes take time, I'm sure ED will get to it eventually. No need to complain with such a tone. 2 CPU: i5-13600k // GPU: RTX 4070 // MoBo: B760-PLUS // RAM: 32GB DDR5-6000 // Stick: VKB Gunfighter Mk. Please understand the terrain is early access, you bought into a product that is still in development and there will be ongoing work and tweaks made when issues are found. thank you 2 1 Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
