I have done a Fresh install to Windows 11. My DCS is on a different drive. Should I reinstall DCS going from Windows 10 to 11. I know the DSC application in the bin folder can be used for a short cut. I want to make sure there will be no issues.

No need to reinstall DCS.

yes, but make sure to do a backup of the /saved games/ folder, to keep your missions, logbook, keybinds, etc (the keybinds will need a file rename, as they depend on the USB ID of windows, which will change with a new windows)

Those are probably gone already as he says the fresh installation is already done.

yes, sadly you are probably right … Windows is so bad, that many users believe the best way to solve issues is reinstalling the thing rather than looking for the root cause 😞

We can agree on that. But this was from W10 to W11, so I can understand why. Hopefully they have backups.
