Mission One Question

The mission brief states that the three squadrons fan out at the assigned sector. As flight lead for Whippet Red, I have stayed just off to the left of Whippet White and follow them in when they call out a train at 12 oclock. When I command my flight to engage primary (through both Vaicom Pro and the F10 comms menu) there is no response. After several tries I am wondering if this is because I should NOT follow Whippet White? And may be attacking the wrong target? I confess some confusion here but the length of time to target is substantial and any advice is appreciated to save time. I've played through Wolfpack 1 twice and can't compliment you enough on attention to detail and mission documentation. I purchased Wolfpack 2 fully expecting the same! Thanks!

I think the documentation also says that your wingmen are set to silent so that they don’t spam you with stock ai calls. They’ll still obey they just won’t reply. They’ll be unsilenced for the rtb part to help you spot targets of opportunity.
