SspectrumM Posted Saturday at 01:07 AM Posted Saturday at 01:07 AM Above a certain altitude (20,000 feet or more) the navigation instruments start to go crazy and eventually DCS crash to desktop. Map: Syria, you don't need to make a cold start to reproduce it, just spawn at 20.000ft + and enjoy. 1
drPhibes Posted Saturday at 11:11 AM Posted Saturday at 11:11 AM I'm seeing the same thing with the F1-EE in Syria. It starts at 26000ft and continues to above 31000ft (I didn't cheak any further). All instruments displaying heading (HUD, magnetic compass, spherical indicator and navigation indicator) jump between the actual heading and 0°/North. After cruising on autopilot (alt hold) at 28000ft for a while, DCS crashes. The mission file and dxdiag.txt/dcs.log (redacted to remove PII) are attached. dcs.log DxDiag.txt SYR-MF1EE.miz
BJ55 Posted Saturday at 03:45 PM Posted Saturday at 03:45 PM Same here, also the INS alignment is having issues when using auto-startup, sometimes the counter stops, sometimes it goes backward. tekwoj Posted Saturday at 09:09 PM Posted Saturday at 09:09 PM f1-nav bug.trk track of the issue happening on the Caucasus map.
grim_reaper68 Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM same here as I was climbing. While reaching 29000ft, the IDN goes crazy and I got a freeze, and had to close DCS manually.
Bremspropeller Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I have seen something similar happen before the latest patch (can't remember the conditions), but at least it didn't CTD or freeze the game. The IDN and Boule were all messed up, but at least the pointer showed the correct position in RNAV mode. Was on CWG IIRC. So ein Feuerball, JUNGE!
Bremspropeller Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Just had a freeze on CWG in the BE and Skipjack in the backseat. So ein Feuerball, JUNGE!
Bremspropeller Posted 16 minutes ago Posted 16 minutes ago And Skip had a freeze at above 28.500ft in a CE. So ein Feuerball, JUNGE!
