Qa4 Posted yesterday at 06:32 PM Posted yesterday at 06:32 PM When I am making ground attack missions, I like to place waypoints to the position of enemies, but find it quite tedious to write in the matching elevation for every waypoint. For example if ground targets are at the elevations of 1050, 1062, 2350... feet, then I need to write the matching elevation for every single waypoint. I believe a button next to the elevation box (see: picture) which matches the elevation with the ground would be a great addition for the sim. Thank you in advance.
Solution razo+r Posted yesterday at 06:34 PM Solution Posted yesterday at 06:34 PM You know you can just select AGL and enter 0, right?
razo+r Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM Just now, Qa4 said: Wait how do you do that? To the right of where you enter the elevation you have a box where you can select MSL or AGL.
Qa4 Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM Author Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM Oh wait I just figured out. Thanks! The button would still be helpful tho.
Wroblowaty Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago No need for a button. Even with MSL selected, if you put a WP on ground and type its altitude as 0, it will automatically adjust to MSL altitude corresponding to 0 AGL.
