Hello all,

I have had to reinstall DCS in a new SSD and now copying the new installation to a bigger SSD. The Saved Games files in the Documents folder should be retained, correct? Does that mean that the campaigns progress of my old installation can be copied to the new DCS Saved Game folder?

Correct. DCS uses the default Saved Games path on Windows.

Cheers!

To be exact you need the file \saved games\dcs\mission editor\logbook.lua that stores your pilot log book and campaigns progress.
