Macheten Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Hallo, I just have restarted flying the Dora. While rechecking the keybindings I found that the Cover for the circuit breakers has an entry in the keybinding list but it does nothing in game. To specify: I bind CB Cover to a key within the adjust control tab menu. But pressing it in game doe not open it. Any thoughts?
LeCuvier Posted November 1 Posted November 1 I looked at this and saw that the command is default-bound to "RWin + C". My German keyboard doesn't have a "Right Windows" key, so I bound the command to "RShift + C". I also bound it to a button on my Joystick. Both work fine here. Macheten Posted November 2 Author Posted November 2 Moin! Thanks for the reply! I figured out that he game doesn't like certain buttons. I use a button on a MFD in my VR pit.. However, the button in question is recognized in the controls app but it does nothing infame... If I use another button on the MFD it works. Strange Things...
Macheten Posted November 2 Author Posted November 2 Hallo! I just rechecked that this behavior is the same as for the FW190 A8 Anton. Strange! The same MFD button works in the F16...
twicesss Posted Thursday at 01:33 PM Posted Thursday at 01:33 PM That’s expected — the circuit breaker cover on the Dora is not implemented, so the keybind won’t do anything in-game. It appears in the controls list, but there is no animation or interaction, so pressing the key has no effect. You can assign the key, but it won’t work because the feature isn’t functional yet.

I suppose I'm replying to a bot, but for the sake of correcting wrong answer above, so that new players are not mislead, OP is talking about the cover of front row of CBs, which is very much implemented, animated and functional... as long as one uses mouse to flip it. EDIT - mouse or some key / button combos as pointed by LeCuvier below. Edited Friday at 10:04 AM by Art-J 1 i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

May I correct the correction... The default binding "RWin + C" does not work. But "RShift + C" works fine, and also a game controller button works. Art-J Posted Friday at 10:02 AM Posted Friday at 10:02 AM Thanks! I've been opening the cover with mouse for so long that I forgot to check which remaining options work in current versions and which don't. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
Macheten Posted 21 hours ago Author Posted 21 hours ago Good Morning! I will try to find another button on my Thrustmaster MFD. So to give more details ... If I bind pushbutton 6 it is recognized in the control tab but not in game. this holds true for the Anton and also the Kurfürst. but NOT for F16 or F18. Strange.. is there maybe sometimes I can change manually in the config file?? Greetings
