Add "cockpits" to vehicles and ships for modding

While we know that ED might have plans to develop vehicles in the distant future, and perhaps ships (or an FPS)... we would like the ED team to add the option to add "cockpits" to a vehicle or ship, in the same way that they are currently available for both airplanes and helicopters, so that the community can mode them. We are aware of the engine's limitations in these areas, but it would be a boost that could earn them points, and who knows, maybe modders and other programmers could push the boundaries of simulation. We are not asking for full functionality, just the option.

We know there are talented modders, and we know that many of us are interested in land and naval environments, and we would like ED to take this step, if possible.
