Itkovian Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Salutations. My previous thread in general discussion on this topic has been deleted, so hopefully here will be a better place. Basically, I am having a problem where my kills are not being tracked in my logbook, or in the campaign screen. I have flown about 8 campaign missions now and my mission count reflects this, but shows no kills whatsoever. I read that running as admin might help, but I use Windows XP. Any help in resolving this (albeit minor) issue would be appreciated. Thank you. Itkovian
Itkovian Posted September 9, 2009 Author Posted September 9, 2009 (edited) Ah, I believe I found it. Hard to find the proper answer in all the noise about running as admin. Turns out it is nationality. Need to set my pilot as Russian (not a problem). Slight question though: will changing nationality reset my campaign? Itkovian Edited September 9, 2009 by Itkovian
Panzertard Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Unfortunately I dont remember if that happens. But you can make a copy of your logbook and test. The logbook is stored here; "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\BlackShark\data\scripts\Logbook\Players.lua" - so just make a copy of that folder or file and test it :) The mind is like a parachute. Kills are never count in my logbook, the only thing track in are flying hours. I've tried to run the game as administrator, but it doesn't change anything. Except the fact, that now I can't see kills not even in campaign overview, although I have few credits in debriefing. Thanks for the answer.

Shaman Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 Please try use recent file for Logbook: http://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=34007&d=1259932377 Unzip and copy with replace to Ka-50\BlackShark\modules It is not part of latest build of 1.01 patch, or is it? I have just encountered same problem, running 1.01 version - don't know which 1.01 (since there were few releases later). The .lua file says it is from December 2009, mine in DCS/modules is from May 2009. 51PVO Founding member (DEC2007-) 100KIAP Founding member (DEC2018-) :: Shaman aka [100☭] Shamansky tail# 44 or 444 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 100KIAP Regiment Early Warning & Control officer
