Others have also have gotten replies that state that ED will take it as a case by case decision and work it out with the person.

 

Also concider that english is probably not the native tongue of the person that may have authored the message and the intent maybe different from what it looks like.

I hope the policy will change, I'm very happy with the product, just a little dissapointed with the draconian 5 activation limit and think this will hurt sales which is bad for you and bad for us users who hope to see future products.

I thought the limit was three I read above five and I have also read 15, all I know is that I have used up my limit (which I think was five) the latest from a PC format.

 

I ahve emailed using the addy provided and now wait to hear, so far the posts I ahve ready don't hold much hope tho :(

Whilst I'm a low end poster "lol" I did purchase FC some time ago so the use of my activation limits can be described over time. From my post count some might think I blew through them in short time :P

This is an old post. I emailed Eagle and received a new serial number the next day. I doubt that you have anything to worry about. ED is a great company.

 

I wish they were that fast for me, I got tried of waiting so I just bought FC again, it was only $15. And about 3 days after I bought it they sent me a e-mail with my serial number, go figure just my luck. Oh well the money went to a good cause.

For the record, I also ran out of activations recently and I asked ED for help. I received a new serial, with a fast friendly and hassle-free response. No problem.:thumbup:
