As a n00b, I wanted to note my appreciation for the producers notes at

Although I read the manual, I found that the producer's note videos gave me a better understanding and brought it all together. I've only been using the sim for about a week and have found myself answering questions for people who didn't view the 3gigs of videos available from the producer.

It has most probably been pointed out before but during startup procedure (PN #1) Wags says about rotor RPM being at 9000. I think he meant 900. Just a spoken typo ;) This is why having RPM indicators in percentage of the maximum value for cadets is handy :)
