dnnzed Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Hi, I'm practicing flying with this great bird but I found some trouble when I try to climb over 2500m (probably you know what happening about this altitude, rpm start fall under 85%, if I add more power it is getting worst :-), and climbing is start to drastically slow... What happens this time, what's the reason and what should I do? Thanks! (I'm on the mission Osetia pirates or something, where you have to go over those high mountains)
ZaltysZ Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Climb in forward flight. Keep 130-140 km/h and you will make to 4000m. Wir sehen uns in Walhalla.
StrongHarm Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Take the time to understand the ABRIS Vertical Navigation (VNAV) Submode in the manual (p238).. you won't regret it. It's a good thing that this is Early Access and we've all volunteered to help test and enhance this work in progress... despite the frustrations inherent in the task with even the simplest of software... otherwise people might not understand that this incredibly complex unfinished module is unfinished. /light-hearted sarcasm
