Bought FC 2.0 about an hour ago. Downloaded installed went to activate it, looked in my files area No serial number.

 

Can i get this soughted please

you receive your serial number immediately through your e-mail after buying.

Just checked nothing... Thought it would be delivered the same way as Flamming Cliffs v1.0 In youre files section

 

Anyway FC 2.0 is in my purchases list, so maybe a delay sending the key out i guess.

 

Is there a way to resend the Serial number?

Hopefully, you didn't typo your email address when you purchased it. If you did, I'd suspect your serial number went to "yonderland".

Thats what i thought. As Flamming Cliffs has my Serial in the exact same area. Flamming Cliffs 2.0 Does not. And the email addy was correct as well. Wish a admin would post on this to get this soughted ASAP.

Are you 100% certain that the purchase went through? Is it listed under "My purchases"?

 

It is possible that the transaction failed due to a bumpy connection between either your machine and SagePay or SagePay and your bank or SagePay and ED - this can cause your bank to shadow the amount in anticipation of transaction completion (making it look like your card or account was debited the amount), whereas that failure (if it happened) would make it impossible for ED on it's end to actually claim the money wherefore "nothing happens".

 

If that is indeed what happened, your bank should automatically unshadow the funds on your card or account after 5-6 bank days.

Hi there,

 

I was looking for the Serial Key after my online purchase of FC2. I have the software downloaded and installed and have a transaction ID but no serial key.

 

I logged into Lockon.ru and looked under "Software ->". It says I have the software downloaded, and lists the three files. But the statement "Serial Key for this software" is missing.

 

I have the section titled "Recommended system requirements" and then the immediate next section is "Product files list". No Serial Key information.

 

Can you please help me out?

I have the same problem the mony has not ben taken out of my account at the bank and I have bought 2 copys on FC2 now with 2 diffrent cards and no actavation codes for eather. probly have to wait till monday for this to be resolved.

I checked my bank and no money has ben taken out. So I think LO is not asking for money from my account. I usale get a notice requesting my auth for the transfer.

FYI, I bought it last night and I see it showing up as pending in my debit account. Still no serial. What I really want to know is if Havoc had this taken care of. As you can see, this thread is a few weeks old so this isn't the first time this issue has come up. Surely it hasn't been broken that long! :huh:

This is being looked at and will hopefully be resolved soon. I cannot give an estimate on when since I don't know that, but I hope that a solution is found at least during the monday. These computers are tricky sometimes. ;)

There is a problem with the Serial-issuing mechanism.

Proper authorities have been notified - but it's still weekend and leisure time for the good people running the servers.

 

Please be patient - I'm sure it will be fixed tomorrow. :)

and same for me :( (another one !!) FC2 bought on saturday, payment confirmation mail received, but without any serial number, neither on mail nor on my purchased products page, nor on FC2 download page

 

hope it will resolved soon, cause usually i like to play games that i buy.... :(
