Hey guy's,

I was wondering. Did somebody allready made a X52 pro profile for FC 2.0.

I'm running win 7.. And i wanted to know if somebody was kind enough to send me a X52 "PRO" profile for this game?

Is ther e somebody that can donate one :)

Sure, i have it attached to this post, all commands are labeled whit similar tags as in the manual.

To avoid conflicts though make sure you clear all the entries in the options menu under the Saitek products, whit an exception for the View controls

which are on POV1 by default.

(note i didn't manage to complete both profiles yet, but if you study them you get an idea on how to program the rest to your likings, especially the one for the SU33 is far from finished)

***EDIT***

An explanation of what you can expect where.

But 1st of all,

Selecting mode one on the stick enters your plane in NAV mode

Selecting Mode two selects A-A in the Toad and BVR in the 33

Selecting Mode three selects A-G

And i use Mode 1 + shiftstate for GRND OPS and recovery

silver looking POV on the stick is used to view around in all modes

Black looking POV on the stick is used to move the target designator/skhval around in A-A and A-G modes (maybe also in NAV mode, not sure atm)

Green POV on the trothle is used to uncage Skhval ("pulling") Lock Target ("pushing") Jettison weapons ("push right") Jettison external tanks ("push left") (for the A-A and A-G modes)

in Nav mode its trimming and in GRND OPS (mode 1 + shift state, use pinkie to switch between shift states) its;

Cycle Gear ("pulling") Wheel Brake ("pushing") Drag Chute ("push right") Nav Lights ("push left")

Trigger one (hold down a while) launches a missile or fires gun, if you quickly go to fire 2 you will select salvo mode. (DONT FORGET TO RELEASE TRIGGER FULLY WHEN SELECTING SALVO MODE)

Button C (black one on the stick) cycles weapons/waypoints

Button A is AP override in SU25T and Button B resets your view (both direction and zoom)

The launch button under the red cover is used to eject in all modes

Button D on the trothle selects flaps up down

Button E is used to bring up the night vision for the Skhval in A-G mode

Toggle switches 1 to 6 are related to the auto pilot

Mouse fire is auto pilot route follow mode (A keystroke on keyboard)

Scrolling up and down activates the laser or the phantasmorgania pod (for sead)

the mini stick is used for flares, ripple quantity and interval and active IR jamming

I have assigned the rotary's E and I to control Skhval zoom and target size box by using the options menu ingame.

I guess that is the most important part.

Oh wait, the i button is used to drop Chaff

note that flares and chaff are programmed to drop in bundles of 6 in 0.055 secs for flares and 0.275 secs for Chaff

Awsome man... thanks. That was a quick reply. I will try it right away. I have been playing today a bit not even with mapped key's. It was a great flight... And i started to dodge missiles and kill other players within 45 min. Man i never killed so much in 1 round before in a lcokon game :) I can actually dodge missiles now... That was a new one for me.. haha

But thanks again man. See you in the virtual air.

LoL edit: I'm so ashamed to ask but... Do You have one for the F-15 also?

Nope, don't fly it.

But i bet that about 80% of the commands you need to fly it are the same as for the SU33 and maybe even the SU25T

please note that i know a few things are different.

lock and launch keys, now APU to start up, no EOS

things i am 99% sure of that are the same

nav lights

landing gear

taxi lights (or landing gear lights, whichever term you prefer)

cockpit lights (officialy term cockpit should not be used, something about women and being offensive..... flightdeck seems to be the proper worth nowadays)

moving the target designator around. (i believe the commands are Ralt+ ;up .down ,left /right

AP modes for as far they share the same functionality

cycle weapons

salvo mode (?)

BVR mode (?)

setting radar range, elevation and expected range?

that list is just guessing though. I encourage you to study my profiles and try to recreate the commands on your own in a new profile.

That way you will "get to know" the profiler.

Also experiment in notepad what happens when you use the quantize time function and set it to 0.5 will have different effects largely depending on if you set an advanced command, an macro, or an macro in an advanced command.

also try to automaticly drop a bunch of flares and chaff by a single push of the button.

taking a look at how i programmed either "flares" or "chaff" command should get you in the right direction.

free tip;

if you set an advanced command the SST will log the time it takes you to press the keys. This may result in commands not working.

Setting the total time at 0.000 solves this.

To do this when you have pressed in all keystrokes right click the bar they are in, select quantize time, confirm its at 0.000 and press ok.

Good luck on finishing the SU33 profile, if ya need help whit it let me know.

Thanks for the reply man... I will try to change them as you said. Didn't even touched my key mappings at the moment. But you gave me a good start on it.

Here is my profile:

Mode 1 (with it's shift) is for RF (Russian Federation) Fighters (MiG-29, Su-27, Su-33)

Mode 2 (and shift) is for F-15, A-10 (USA Aircraft)

Mode 3 (and shift) for Su-25, Su-25T and so on. Take a closer look at the descriptions for each button because I explained each and everyone of them. You can come to 104th Teamspeak and ask me whatever questions you may have.

When in Mode 1, Trigger 1 = Fire Cannon (you have to have the cannon selected or be in any other mode that allows Gun combination (eg: Rockets)

Trigger 2 = Toggle between Cannon and Weapons (this works for all modes 1, 2, 3)

Launch = Fires Weapons
